what should be the normal behavior of a spayed cat in her sexuality?

My cat was spayed about 3 years ago and she sometimes hisses as me out of no apparent reason. I try to touch her and she is very tense in her back. She sometimes shivers out of nothing. She is not herself sometimes. I happens maybe every two months or so. I don't know if it is related to noises she hears outside or maybe she has a cold, ??
What I know is that almost every morning she is eager to play and eats and comes back from her walks. This situation happened again last night and she hasn't come back yet and is 1 in the morning.

I want to understand what she is going thru. She is a very sweet cat, she never scratches us and she is playful. Thank you.

She may have a sore spot where you touched her if she reacts like that. I would keep her inside to keep her from being injured fighting with cats or wild animals.
