    what is the name of gays in history?

    i read somewhere about 2 guys that went into battle - for some reason i'm thinking its a battle of troy - i could be wrong (either greek or roman mythology.
    there love together was bound by death i think one of there names begins with O ...this is doing my head in i read it online and thought it was such a bice tale...

    the thing is i could be absolutely wrong
    maybe it was one of them died in the other arms

    if anyone can shed some light on my ramblings would be much appreciated
