Thread: what makes someone homosexual or bisexual?

I have been gay all my life and I know that I was born gay, but I always ask this to me, Where does it come from? something to do with genes? or maybe a disorder in hormone formation? would someone please clear me this?

ok well what I'v come to realize is this.... there are sooo many reason whey we could be gay because it is so easy for a mutation to occur during DNA replicatoin. if it is because of a mutation during DNA replication, than the reason why scientist can't find it is because it is so hard to. the DNA code in us is so long and hard to find one mistake in it. if it is not a mutation or a mistake, it also might have to do with an imbalance in the testosteromes (or however you spell that) while we were growing in the womb. honestly tho.... I wouldn't want to know why I was born a lesbian because then people would probably just treat it like a desease. =( oh and to the person who said you are just born right or left handed... that actually can be predicted scientificly.
