Wisconsin is planning on repealing child labor laws. This means that teenagers will be able to work longer hours, longer weeks.

Here is the new laws.
-Minors aged 16 and 17 will work unlimited hours per week
-Minors aged 16 and 17 will work unlimited hours per day (with the exception of during school hours)
-Minors aged 16 and 17 will no longer be allowed to work for a maximum of six days, but instead be allowed to work 7 days.
-Minors aged 14 and 15 will work until 9PM
-Minors are still banned from working during school hours.

The reason for this new law is because they want teens to be responsible. By repealing child labor laws, teens will be able to see what it's like to work before going to college. This law will also teach teens how to ride the bus to work everyday.

Teens need jobs to help save up money for college and to support their families. Teens however shouldn't just work directly after-school, they can go home FIRST and do their homework. They would also be at home until 10:00PM to go straight to bed.
