...sapiens sapiens? Quick gene testing at birth could tell us who is who.
And only some rights to those who are hybrids of true humans and Neanderthals?

How can there be hybrids, tell me that. Every living person evolved from the Cro-Magnon. I'm not aware that there are people who are descendants of the Neanderthals.
I gotta say this sounds pretty darn racist.
And there was a study a few years back that demonstrated that the Neanderthals probably mixed with Homo sapiens sapiens in central Europe. So if you're thinking "Aryan" not being Neanderthal, think again.
Then rethink this whole question.
DNA testing have established that there is no Neanderthal mitochondrial DNA in Homo Sapiens. Quite a disappointment to some.
That doesn't mean they didn't "cross." It just means the crosses probably weren't fertile.
Since Homo neanderthalensis are extinct, there wouldn't be a point to contemporary DNA testing.
From conception, we all share the same DNA, and therefore have a right to life.
However, to address what I'm sure you're getting at, not one human being has the right to "marry" another human being of the same sex. Even the straight ones. Because that's not marriage.
This would cut out a lot of republicans and religious (snake-handler) folks....
It would probably save a lot of money too!
It's not right to limit the rights of hybrids since they get better gas millage.
you sound like a sci fi movie~or star trek~
beam yourself aboard as this place is not for you
You're joking right? There has been no scientific research which shows that there is any such thing in existence, or that Neanderthals and homo sapiens ever interbred.
Inasmuch as I am of Scandanavian heritage and it has been posed that people from Scandanavia are more closely linked genetically to neanderthals than other groups, I say "no."
