should i hit on a suspected gay?

supposedly dresses like a gay guy always nice clothes...tight fitting.
if seen him around campus and he stares a lot.. but im doing it too.
im thinking about asking him out....when i see him next should i?

people in his classes have also questioned his sexuality..
