Is it right for my gay friend to flirt with my straight friend?

My friend is gay and he is always flirting with my other guy friends who are straight. In a way he is trying to convince them to be gay (in a way with out saying "be gay", he just implies that he wants them to say something to do with that back. I am worried he is forcing them to do something that they are uncomfortable with. What should I do?
