    Yes, the US and nearly all Islamic nations were the only ones who refused to sign on.

    This is similar the the UN's Child welfare declaration. EVERY nation in the world signed on...with the exception of The US and Somalia. I can't imagine that we actually want to be in the same category as Somalia on child welfare issues.

    Bush is intellegent to know what is normal and what is abnormal and dangerous. I do believe he had an ulterior motive to allow AIDs positive gays to immigrate right before he left office........knowing it would inject more AIDs into the community?.

    is that right? Bush refused to sign a declaration to decriminalize being gay? lol?

    what kind of country had we become during the Bush 8 years?
