Would you spend your time with a girl even if u knew you wouldn't get any??

In other words....
If the girl tells you from Get that she will not have sex with yoou, would u continue ur time spent with her???

If sex is the only thing I want for her and she said that, when we part ways I will no longer be interesting in her. On the other hand I think we could be friends yes, but not like close friends spending a lot of time with her. I would said about a few hours here and there with her and that is all. Also make it clear to her that I am will not interest spending any over night with her and no weekend trips together.
