I'm a male and I was in a domestic violence relationship a few years ago. She was physically and emotionally abusive and when I told her it was over she started throwing everything in sight at me. Neighbors called the cops and they hauled her off to the psych ward and left me with a bunch of glass to clean up. Now it's a bit trickier with guys. I've never been in an abusive relationship with a guy so I really couldn't help you there.

    gay men domestic violence?

When two guys who are in a relationship get into a fight usually do the cops only take one of them or both?

I am doing a study and have already finished with straight relationships. Out of 90 abused women 75 told me that they always took the male to jail.

    Depends on the fight
Because in the legal system gay people aren't consider relationships(sadly).
If a gay boyfriend started to hit his gay boyfriend and they hit back they would be tried as a normal fight among two lads so they'd BOTH be taken.
In a MARRIAGE it's different because they hit there wife right there that's abuse, not a fight. Doesn't matter what happened.
