So a while ago for a school final [which had to do with superheroes] i was surfing google for superheroes, and got onto a website, which was like a huge database of superheroes. And there was one called Gay Guy [i think, here "gay" is used as "joyful"], and all i remember is that his suit was mostly baby-blue. Now i need some info on him. any help?
