hi, there is at work who is lesbian, we seemed to get on really well so i added her on facebook, we was talking on facebook for a while but in the end i gave her my num and told her to text me which she did, yesterday i sent a text saying we should go for some food out off work, but she sent a text saying that we cant cos we work woth each other!?? is this her way off saying no!? thanks

She is stopping things from developing into more than a crush... crushes die out if you don't feed them. She is being sensible, try and keep it at friendship so no one gets hurt. Facebook talking doesn't necessarily equal flirting so i can't tell if she has given you any encouragement.
