Thread: Can being bisexual be forgiven by our lord and savor?

im bisexual and 2 people that hate me say i'm going to hell.

I ask for forgiveness every Night before i go to bed and someone i know told me no sin is un forgiven unless you don't ask and i understand that being with the same sex is a sin but god also said that he loves us and accepts us well if any of you have any any answers then please tell me

Our Lord Jesus does forgive. Its hurts him terribly, but he still loves you.

the bible is quite clear that forgiveness comes with repentance. to repent is to turn away from ones sin. if you repent and turn away from it you can be forgiven.

there is nothing to be forgiven about. there is nothing wrong with you, and you are not sinning. i go to a catholic school and even though the religion is against it, there is nothing wrong with it. people have been in relationships with others of the same sex all throughout history, even during the time that the bible was written.

You should go to confession and always remember god loves you now matter what and will forgive you for anything if you are truly sorry.

As far as Christianity is concerned - ALL things are forgivable. If you are a Christian - once saved - ALWAYS saved.

Now, I do not believe at ALL that being anything other that straight is a sin. God created us all unique. We can not question his rational for our creation. Nor can Christians.

Look within you. If you have prayed to God - he will answer you in one way or another. If you long to hear his voice to give you some sort of clarification or justification - he will give it to you, as well.
