Why Isn't "Dead In Ditches" on the new "Hollywood Undead" Album?

Does anyone know why the song "Dead In Ditches" didn't make it onto the new Hollywood Undead album? I mean that had to be one of my most FAVORITE songs by these guys. I need to know why it didn't make the cut it kicked ass... or maybe its just me and amazon sucks and isn't showing it on the list of songs BUT i doubt thats right... so yea, help please
