Where can I get some high waisted flared jeans which many celebs where with heels?

I have seen many celebrities wearing high waisted flares with heels or wedges and I like the look. Where can I buy jeans like those from the UK (or websites that ship to the UK) for no more then £50?

I especially like Kate Bosworth's jeans here because they're fitted around the bum!
