currently bleach...? Hi,
I currently bleach my teeth which has helped remove stains and go from a natural sort of yellow/cream colour to a a sort of cream/off white. I however want them to be alot whiter and brighter. How can i do this without paying the dentist for whitening treatment or having veneers etc? I have had GOSmile whitening done before and that was ok for a bit...but i need it whiter! lol

try crest whitestrips, i had a friend who used them and it worked amazingly! But you could also have it done by a professional - ask your dentist about zoom - it takes about an hour and i don't believe it costs too much. hope this helped

i sometimes use peroxide as a mouthwash...dont drink it of course. its supposed to whiten teeth..not super white though. be careful doing this too much because the acid in the peroxide can breakdown the enamel on the teeth if its overused.
