Dustin feels this is a racially devisive term and is calling his attorney. Denigrating because he is Jewish.

Dustin is a jerk, there is no debate about that but for Harvey to use such a disgusting term to describe Dustin is very wrong. Dustin has every right to call his attorney because this was truly a racist statement from a pompous, overbearing and apparantly a very bitter man. If he has a problem with Dustin, then why did they even ask him to come back on the show?
