Are there any guidelines for getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame?
It doesn't seem like there are any.

Just about any actor or musician can get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. From what I've heard, the person that the star is for has to pay for all that goes into placing the star into the sidewalk. Case in point - Two local DJ's from 95.5 KLOS radio has their own star on the Walk of Fame.

Now, to get your feet and hand prints placed in cement in front of Grumman's Chinese Theater, that's a very special honor.
