Because she's crazy. haha. no, because she got into a fight with her ex boyfriend back home before she came to the show, and she punched him & got arrested for assault. (He supposedly "gripped her up" first, and that's why she hit him.) She apparently didn't show up to her following court date for that incident, and she claims she knew nothing about the court date. So on the first episode, she got a phone call from her roommate, saying he found a note on the door saying there was a warrant out for her arrest. So she called the courthouse or whoever, they told her why they had the warrant, and they told her she had 30 days to get there and turn herself in, or she would be considered a fugitive.
