It's a ridiculous diet for anyone to follow, diabetic or not. Ask your doctor if it's safe for you as a diabetic to follow it & I bet he/she says no.

...is it dangerous!? i have heard good things about this diet as a cleansing process for your diet but being a diebetic i was wondering if its dangerous to just drink this without eating even for 24 hours? i dont mean to do this every week just once in a while but wanted to see if a professional thought this to be dangerous for blood sugar?

I think you'd better to see doctor or dietician for their thoughts and advice before you try this out.
