how do celebrities grow their hair so fast?

im not talkin about how they get extensions, but it jus seems like their hair will grow so fast. anyone kno how?

well they get extensions and let it grow really long from there and then when their hair is as long as they want it they take the extensions out

what im wondering is, why does britneys hair still look so ratty? she shud have quite a bit of hair now since the bald incident thing cuz it was a year ago.
