I went to a concert last night and I met Travis Garland of this band called NLT.
I really doubt you've heard of him or NLT, but if you google his image, you'll see why I was so happy to meet him :]
No, but I got a letter from one, and I got an autographed copy of a book... last year, we wrote to celebrities in reading class to ask for donations for our all-star auction at the end of the year... the more books we read and tested on, the better items we were likely to get.
I also got a letter from the President b/c we wrote to him in 7th grade about the children in Uganda.
