it depends on your body really. but my friend ran/jogged three miles a day for almost a year and he lost 70lbs

No it doesn't work. You are better off doing a vegetable & fruit fast. Drink lots of water. Good luck, jogging is great.

I am not sure. But I do know that this is not a healthy time frame to lose so much weight. Just be careful that you don't fall into a binge after you starve your body for the next few weeks.
