Waiting-around

...at awards shows?

A party I'm going to this weekend is celebrity themed, and I've narrowed it down to two main ideas, but I don't know which is more...fitting.

It'll either be a long, one-shoulder black dress or a short, strapless black dress (with leggings underneath, preferably of a neon color). Which one would be more likely to be spotted at an awards show?

Well, personally I think that black won't stand out very much either way, but you are asking two different questions: Which will stand out, and which will be more like a celebrity's dress. The short black dress with the neon leggings will stand out more, but in terms of which would make you look more "red carpet", I'd go with the long one. Good luck and have fun!
