Why is Sarah Connor from Terminator...?

So ungrateful toward Cameron? She helps out so much, and I think it's pretty unfair of Sarah (and John, but not so much) to be so mean to her. Does anyone else feel like this, or am I just missing something?

I think it has a lot to do with the fact that she still doesn't trust her 100% because she thinks Cameron could turn at any moment. As we saw with the season 2 opener Cameron was damages and believed John to be a target. So I think it just has a lot to do with simply the fact that she is a Terminator, and that Sarah just doesn't trust anyone fully (especially a robot)
