Thread: Scary, I know but do you think the Psychic, Nostradamus actually predicted this Presidential election?

I remember seeing a TV special about 20 years ago about Nastradamous' predictions and how they came true through the centuries. He had predicted the events of 9/11 among so many other things, but said we would then elect a President wearing a blue turbin (only signifying the nation of Islam) (he only wrote in riddles for religious/political reasons), that we know very little about, but are engaged by his good looks, charm and carisma; only to find after his election, that we have let a monster in the back door............At the time, I dismissed it as impossible and far fetched, the American people would be too smart for that. I still have it on Beta format, but that is imossible to replay now..Does anyone else remember the program though?...........Eerie.

Well, if that's the scenario, then Nostradamus got it wrong. Sen. Obama doesn't wear turbans or any form of Muslim dress, nor is he a Muslim. His biological father was a lukewarm non-practicing Muslim, but was out of his life at the age of 2. His stepfather was a moderate Muslim. He attended a secular public school in Indonesia with a Muslim majority student body. He was raised without any religion by his atheist mother and selected Christianity as his faith as an adult. Those are the facts. So, where's the blue turban?
