Why Do People Say That Right-Hand Driving Is Dangerous?

I mean, all the roads are right-handed. So why do I hear some people (in TV, etc.) saying that it's dangerous?

    Just curious.

Well it is dangerous if you drive on the right side of the road in a right hand drive vehicle. You have to be extra cautious because
you don't have full visibility of the road ahead if you're trying to overtake, or when driving around parked vehicles in a narrow street.
It is of course similarly dangerous if you drive in a country where they drive on the left side of the road but you're driving a left hand drive vehicle.

when you are in a country which has "always-right" runways, right-hand vehicles are prone to cause vehicular accidents.. and vice versa.. it's the viewing angle that makes it dangerous..

..in japan, right-hand drive vehicles are suited..

They may be from countries that drive on the left
