why do all 4 brakes get hot after I replaced the brake pads, calipers and brake

hoses? My 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo started smoking from the rear passenger wheel well two weeks ago and the rotor was red hot. I replaced both rear calipers, brake pads and the brake hoses but now all four wheels are getting hot after a short trip (less than 5 miles round trip). What could be causing this?
