I Was In School An Parked I Think In The Wrong Area..i Dont They Towed It But I Dont Noe Where They Took It And Its Not Even My Car Its My Mom I Just Borrowed It Becasue Shes On Vacation How Do I Get It Back And I Dont Want Her To Find Out So I Need Help Asap...what Papers Do I Need Or Does The Person Who Owns It Has To Take It Out And How Much Will It Cost In Passaic Aera
