stop engine light and check motor light keeps coming on i drive a 2002...

...freightliner classiic xl? replaced plastic cooling cover replaced a radiator house things seem to run find then three hours later going down the road everything fine,lights come on does not show hot or nothing,then truck shuts down ???? what else could make it do this
