Real world gas mileage for the 2008 Ford Escape? (automatic, 4 cylinder,...

...front wheel drive model)? Ford says something along the lines of 20-22 city and 25-26 highway. Is this true?

Again, I'm only interested in the 4 cyl, automatic, FWD model. NOT THE HYBRID MODEL.
