If I took and passed Driver's ED, and passed, does my parent or legal guardian

still have to sign for me? Basically, I took drivers ED and received the voucher. Im moving out of my parents to a different state and I would really like my Driver's License before I move. Does my mother still have to accompany me and sign for me at the DMV even thought I already have the voucher. Also I am still only 17.
