how to prevent overheating when in traffic?my car is vanette.it has already no

thermostat.? my van water temp is in 1/4 when in high speed or direct run,but when in traffic the wter temp start to go up till 3/4,so i will turned off the aircon to let go down..if my aircon is off the temp has no prob.. all my aux fan are functioning.my radiator is already overhauled.my clutch fan is already fixed,i already replaced the bearing of my compressor, and already check the pulley.this prob only occurs when my aircon is on and when in heavy traffic and in park..what should i do to prevent this,so i can use my aircon when im in parking, without fearing of overheating?
