How much can i sue the towing company for?
My neighbor sold my car to the towing company but he had no authority to do so. He recieved $80 for it. but the company sed they couldnt find the vent #, they didnt check for the car title or n e thing. they jus saw the neighbor's license, made him sign some form, and paid him. so i called them not knowing the situation, they told me what had happened. once i got the cops involved, they acted like they didnt no n e thing about that car (since they took it w/ out the exchange of the title). they dropped the car off n left. it was COMPLETELY wrecked. glass broken, engine not workin, mirrors broken, n lots of stuff. they tried negotiating for $300, but thts nuthing. im gonna press charges on them, but how much can i sue for?
