Honda civic hatchback is making weird noises since it snowed like 30 cms and

roads werent cleared? properly and i have been driving and it sounded like a ton of snow and slush were hitting under my car and its been about 5 days of driving in this and just yesterday it started to make weird noises like somethings broken underneath or something?
could it be frozen slush jamming something or is something loose ? any one no wat this could be
