driving lights and dash lights dont work. indicators and brake lights DO

work, tried changing the fuse....? I think it might have something do with the signal lever seeing as it only seems to be the three lights operated by rotating the stick that dont work. Changing the fuse did not solve the problem... however the inside clock still works when the lighs are off but as soon as i rotate for the lights to come on the clock goes off!! and obviously no lights come on!

Indicators and brake lights still work.

Is this an electrical fault or is there something i have not thought to check yet?
