Do airlines hire before receiving ordered aircraft or they hire during, or they hire

after?......? In general, I'm in college and I want to fly for an airline which has ordered over 60 aircraft scheduled to start being delivered from 2012! I'm left with five years to complete college and will then go for my pilot training. I think I will finish everything by 2017 and will apply to that airline of my choice. Does anyone think I will get a job at that time?
