Class action lawsuit question about faulty automobile manufacturer question?
The damages come to about $5,000.00 for the replacement of damaged property.
I know of several people who bought Chevy Cavaliers year 2001 , the engine in these cars as well as the transmisson both simultaneously blow up and the repairs are as costly as a brand new car. I want to have a class action lawsuit, do you think this is possible?
Another thing is, the paint on every one of these cars that I have seen just about, or a good number of them, is peeling and bubbling off, and the paint looks terrible on these cars as well.
