so, i made a u-turn at a middle divider on a 4 lane street (2 lanes on each side. 2 car were aproaching about 100 yard away. in a slit second went to the right lane after u turn and a car behind me slammed into my back driver side. no very much damage only small dent and large black scrach from impact

now on the other hand her car was all beat up on the front passanger and a blown right tire from i guess hitting the middle divider?? not sure sure how the tire got blown..

so my question is, i was in the right of way to do a u turn she had the chance to slow down or stop so we could avoid an accident. so who is at fault. she asked what my insurance was and after i answered she said " oh ok they are a good insurance" . by the way i have a clean driving record no tickets or accidents
