car accident w/man w/no DL his fault. car was insured?
He was driving his sisters car and she had ins. he ran a stop sign and was found at fault. car I was in belonged to job on company time. went to workmans comp doctor and checked out fine but sore as heck. knnes and arm banged pretty hard but xrays show no injuries. I was just bruised up. Damage to car and medical bills will go to my employer. do I get anything for pain/suffering? The car I was in was totalled. His car possibly totalled as well.
