Me and my friend both work at the same place in a mall. We were leaving and we decided to drag race up the rows and we got caught by the mall security guard. He didn't fully see it but he heard the tires squell, and thats why he came out to see and when he did he just seen me and my friend parked and talking. The security guard questioned us and we lied to him and said that my friend always halls ass when he leaves and i had to talk to him about something so i took off fast to catch him to talk to him and the guard was like it looked like yall were racing. After that he didn't really say anything and he just walked off and he didnt say he would turn it in but he also never said he wasnt going to turn it in. If its turned in then what can happen or can he even turn it in since hes just mall security? since he didnt give us a ticket or anything or say anything about a ticket or fine then can we even be charged? someone please help me. And for those who want to know what kind of cars we were in and who won well heres your answer, he was in his 1993 nissan 300zx non turbo and i was in my 1995 ford probe. we stayed even so it was a tie. who would have won if we were actually on the highway or something it probly would have been him because the 300zx is pretty ballin and fast but either way both our cars are fast. but anyone who can answer my question please do.

Yes because odds are u were speeding. and if u were reeving ure engine than it is a show of aggression which is ridiculous i know but its a ticket if u do.

And also he can still report it but it is likely if u went to court u could dispute the charge and convine a judge that you didn't do anything since the guard didn't see anything
