Can a body shop fix a few sratches on a car without having to repaint the

whole thing? I have an 03 Cadillac CTS Diamond white in color. I have a area on the front bumper that a baseball hit. It crack/spidered the paint in one area but didn't dent it. There is also a tiny chip on the drivers door. Could those be fixed without having to repaint the car and if so, how much do you think it would cost?
