Who would win an old school UFC match between Billy Mays and the Sham Wow Guy?

By "old school" UFC I mean using the rules back before they wrecked MMA. You know, no weight divisions, they could wear their Karate bathrobes, no gloves, very few rules. All that stuff.

Follow up question: would the results change if the Sham Wow Guy was allowed to wear his Super Cool MMORPG Headset Microphone?
