what is this thing that some mma fighters do before there fights?
ok so like in the ultimate fighter 2 with rashad evans he is like locked arms with anthor guy and they are like rotating from shoulder to shoulder, it also happened in last weeks episode of tuf10 with darreil. so i just wanna know what is that that they are doing, and why????
it's called pummeling it's a wrestling drill, because when your in the clinch the dominant position is to have double under hooks, it's a more dominating and controlling position, and that's what the drill is for.
