should i start mma even though i just had shoulder reconstruction?
i've been really interested in mma for a while now but have been plagued by injuries just had shoulder reconstruction so haven't been able to start.i am 17 have no previous martial arts experience but played contact sport (rugby) all my life . i was just wondering if it would be a good idea to start mma once my shoulder is recovered or not to risk it?
