how come a lotta ufc fighters seem less conditioned than boxing fighters?
like for tuf...those guys are tired after only 3 mins.... i meen they spend more time huffing and puffing rather then fighting it seems? now when you whatch the contender those boxers can go at a good pace...i meen mma fighters seem less conditioned... also how come a lot of there physic isnt that great compaired to boxers...most elite boxers look shreddid and in great condition wile many ufc fighters seem to not have that good phsic...i meen i love ufc but am wondering why exsacly is this?
