How can training martial art makes a man to build his ripped muscles?
Some people have been training martial art for years but they seem to look fat. Some people look so muscular due to martial art training.
Some martial art practitioners have been training a lot and they become fast and energetic but their bodies seem to be average with no muscles at all.
yhea i here what youre saying man...some prime exsamples are chuck liddell bj penn and even fedor...u kno i alwayz wondered the same thing...it might be the way they train but i meen thats obvious....
uhm i heard that fighters with a little more fat actually are in better shape then too much muscel....SAY WHAT???? yhea you heard right...i guess they say a little fat is actually good for long distance rather then too much muscel...muscel is just strength man it doessent nesisarily meen you can punch harder it just meens maybe youre stronger...but all that muscel will tire u out faster which is why ufc fighters dont train to build muscel...i meen they do you wheights but its in a differaint way they use hi reps with little wheight to condition there muscels rather then try and get all huge which in reality has little perpose in a mma fight belive it or not...whell unless you have way more wheight on them like brock lol
