Does hand speed make up for technique in boxing/kickboxing/MMA?
My MMA coach said that if a man has tremendous hand speed and "alrgiht " technique, the speed will make up for the fighters flaws. Is this true? he also said that if anderson silva did not have his hand speed, he would still be an amazing fighter however, a very different fighter..?
