Do you know this martial arts movie (10 points)?

All i remember is this scene :

An old martial art master, apparently the bad guy.. he's drinking tea and then somebody jumps him, so he puts the tea cup on his foot and fights the guy and kills him with the cup still on his foot, then picks it up and continues to drink...
