His Father comes from a respected pure-blood wizarding family-(The Potters)-And his mother, while being muggleborn, is still a witch and a very good one at that.
Snape and Voldermort (amoungst others) are also considered half-blood and they only have one parent wih wizarding ability.
So, in fact, shouldn't Harry be considered a full blood? Or something 'higher' than half?
